One of the most important key hubs in the system is to deal with your organization as a multi-centre, this section allows you to define the centers you have with all its data, the definition of personnel working in each centre and segregating them based on who’s the decision maker person or financial person…. Etc.
Patients.
The most important department in our system is that it records every detail about patients, maintaining patients paper, files, medical analysis, pictures of previous rumors and diagnosis …etc and over all that the unlimited capabilities of storing all this in any file type ( word – excel – acrobat – photos ...etc) is what accurately marks us and part of our unique from other annexes
Clients.
In this section all companies interacting with your organization are defined in the system, along with all its details and contact persons in each of them, with a description to there responsibilities and roles in the company.
Doctors.
In this section you can define all the doctors in your organization along with full details on their specialties, this section also allows the definition of testimony obtained by each doctor.
Services.
This section defines all services in your organization.
Checkups.
This section defines all Checkups available in your organization.
System Assignment.
This section has a very pivotal role in your management system, as through it you can link all hub systems to each other, like attaching testing services, companies and doctors in all centers with your organization.
Client's Contracts.
Usually the contracts between each center and companies they deal with are maintained individually, these contracts mostly are for all services and Checkups provided by the center, This scenario is available in this section, in addition for developing plans for services prices in these contracts activated in specific dates determined by the system administrator.
Doctor's Contracts.
This section provides the scenario of individual contracts with doctors on all kinds of services and examinations handled by the doctor, and again developing plans for prices of these services in the contracts with doctors activated in specific dates determined by the system administrator.
Doctor's Schedules.
Registration tables per day for doctors timing are separately maintained in each center, so every center can make required booking based on these tables.
Center Reservation.
After contracts with both doctors & companies are signed, tables of doctors attendance are fixed, the data that each center depends on is now ready. books for patients transfers from companies can now be easily maintained, even if the patient is not transferred from a company but was recorded earlier in the system he will be easily recognized, finally if he is a new client a new file will be opened for him by this section , and so starting with him all regular procedures , and bookings for the specialized doctor.
Center Desktop.
This is the main screen for all fundamental transactions through which all bookings and planning’s are available and also each centers schedule for the day.
Doctor Transactions.
This screen Handel’s all basic transaction for the doctors , through it each doctor can view all the bookings assigned to him for the day , and this section helps him record all his remarks such as ( symptom -diagnosis - medicines - rumors - Analysis - Follow-ups – public statements …etc ) , this section also allows the doctor from knowing all personal data about the patient , and also his medical history and a report of all his previous visits and all there results , giving authority for the manager of the doctors section to supervise and review all doctors actions is also available.
Client's Payment Requests.
Day after day the companies debits to centers increase, this section smartly clarifies all money transactions, and the mode of settlements ( cash – credit card – cheque …etc ), along with various currencies settled with , ageing reports and bill matching is also available.
